If you're collecting emails in your form, oftentimes you want to easily reply to the submitter's message when you receive the Submission email.

To make that process easier, you can configure your form to automatically change the Reply-To address (the email address to which a reply will be sent) of the Submission email to the email address captured by one of your form's fields.

To customize the Reply-To address of a form's Submission emails:

  1. Ensure there's an Email field in your form
  2. On Step 2 of creating the form, under Send to Email, click Add Email Address
  3. Enter the recipient(s) you would like to receive Submissions
  4. Next to Customize Reply-To, click Choose a Field and select the Email field from your form which should populate the Reply-To of the Submission emails

<aside> 💡 We recommend setting the Email field you intend to use for the Reply-To as a Required field, so that you'll be more likely to receive a correct email address in your submissions.
